About the Park District:
|
| The Savanna Park District offers recreational opportunities at the Savanna Marina, Indoor Swimming Pool, Marquette Park, Monument Park, Helle Park, Old Mill Park, and Sixth Street Park. The District also offers a Summer Recreation Program and occasionally offers programs at other times of the year. These programs and facilities are available to the residents of Savanna Township and the surrounding communities, as well as, to visitors of Savanna. The Park District celebrated its 75 th anniversary as a Park District in 2004. |

Savanna Park District Board:

| The Park Board consists of five commissioners who are responsible for the operation and control of all Park District facilities and programs. Current commissioners are: Dennis McFadden, Penny Kreusch, Bert Shaw, Burt Dauphin and Allen DeSpain. |
